so yeah…I saw this advertisement on TV that said “you have probably tried proactiv and everything else…and of course all those products made you skin worse, but MURAD will do this and that”…what a LIE!!! It made my skin even worse…I got a lot of pimples, and they are huge!! I am so going to see a dermatologist instead! I am so tired of all those over the counter products that make you break out so bad that you wanna switch to a different product over and over again…and guess what? u end up spending more and more money…it’s absurd…just like someone commented “I wouldn’t recommend this product to my worst enemy” I agree there!!!

I’m on my fourth week of using Murad and my face has broken out so bad. I have a millon little pimples on my forehead (which I didn’t ever have that many on my forehead in the first place). They did warn in the pamplet thing that there would be “purging” but they said that would only last for 2 weeks! Right now my face has pimples of all kinds on it and I have a lot of scars now. Plus It costs a lot of money and I honestly don’t think it’s worth it. Now I don’t know what to do. I think I’m going to start using Acne Free for sensitive skin. is this a good idea or should i finish this week out?

I’ve been using the murad kit for 3weeks and 4 days now. the first week and a half things were alright. but then my skin started “purging” well thank god I was sick and out of school for that week because I wouldn’t hav left the house other wise. But anywayz, my skin was mild before I used murad, and now I honestly have about 100 small firm pimple-like bumps across my cheeks, forehead, chin, and nose. I feel so embarressed, I can’t even look people in the eye as much, and I know other people can tell somethings wrong with me.So far I’m not happy with the results. I should have been happy for the skin I had before. Well I can’t turn back now. Although my skin is starting to get better from the “purging” I’ll give it a couple more weeks before I decide to send it back and try a different product. Anyone have something that’ll work better??

I tried Murad, hoping it would help alleviate my mild acne problem. What happened instead? I developed huge, painful cystic-type pimples that left dark scars!!! I’m still hoping and praying the scars will lighten and eventually fade away….So unhappy with the results. Instead of helping, it made things way worse!

murad is terrible, i had manageable acne but wanted to get rid of it once and for all. worst decision of my life. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Does anyone know a product that really works

I used murad for exactly 4 weeks now and my acne hasn’t cleared up. By 4 weeks I think your suppose to be showing some results but there isn’t any. I used to use proactive for about a year. It worked, but I would get pimples once in a while and they were bigger (became cystic) than before. The problem with pro active is that it only helps on the surface of your skin.

TRYED MURAD, THIS MADE ME BREAK OUT WAY WORSE THAN BEFORE I STARTED THE KIT, IT ALSO CAUSED MY SKIN TO SCAR (NOT GOOD) SO NOW I STILL HAVE BREAK OUTS AND SCARRING WHICH I DIDN’T HAVE BEFORE, AND I NOW HAVE TO DECIDE HOW I’M GOING TO FIX THE SCARRING PROBLEM (MORE $$$). I NOW HAVE A WORSE COMPLEX THAN I DID BEFORE. AND FOR THE MONEY YOU PAY FOR THIS SYSTEM THE PRODUCTS AREN’T VERY BIG AND DON’T LAST THAT LONG. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP LOOKING.

Murad worked no better for me than any of the other weak salylic acid products you can buy without a perscription. There were no bad side effects, but there were no results.

I have been using murad for about 6 weeks now. My breakouts are worse than when I started. I used proactiv before the murad and it didn’t stop me from breaking out, but it never made my acne go away. Proactiv made my face really dry though. The murad complex does not dry my skin out which is great. By this point I really figured I would see results and Im not. I’m disappointed in murad and now im not sure what to use. Anyone have any suggestions?
